This incredible coat is super warm for chilly days. It's surprisingly toastier than many pricey jackets out there. Totally worth the buy!

I got myself a puffy down jacket with fur and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it! The quality is spot on! Even with the temperature hitting 0 degrees here in France, I’m not feeling the chill. The pockets keep my hands nice and toasty too! This down jacket looks fantastic, and it arrived in just 3 days.

I just got my hands on two puffa jackets, and to my dismay, I found out that what I thought was faux fur actually came from real animals. Can you believe that in this day and age, they’re still using animal fur? I’m definitely sending my son's jacket back because there’s no way I’m letting him wear something that caused an animal to suffer. It’s just wrong! Unfortunately, I removed the orange tag from my own coat, so I can’t return it. To those who leave glowing reviews about fur coats with real fur hoods, you really need to rethink your values. Maybe you should experience living in a cage and see how it feels. What kind of world are we living in?

The item arrived in a box that was all messed up, and there was no wrapping inside. The orange thing they mention was tampered with, and honestly, the coat smelled like pee. Quite a weird experience from a company that ain't the cheapest around, plus that 20 percent discount code didn’t work either.

Received the box in bad shape. The coat is of terrible quality. They sent the wrong color.

I bought a Fur Parka back in 2019, right before the pandemic hit, and I didn’t even touch it in 2020. When I finally wore it in 2021, the fabric on the pockets was already damaged, and the sides were messed up too. Honestly, it’s not worth the 800£ I spent. Seriously, steer clear of this! I can't upload photos to show you the issues. Oh, and just to clarify, I live in Ireland, not Mauritius, like Trustpilot says!

He’s starting his senior year in September and really wanted one of these coats since I own a couple myself, and my two younger kids have the bubble jackets. He’s over the moon about it. I can't find anything to complain about regarding their service or products. A solid 5 out of 5, thanks a bunch!

Steer clear of this website!!!! This was my first and definitely my last time dealing with them! I ordered a coat for £400 and ended up with just an empty box! After sending countless emails back and forth, I was informed that there was nothing they could do and that the case was closed!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! This coat was meant for my daughter's 18th birthday, and I saved up for ages. Now I'm left with no coat, no cash, and zero assistance from this company. The customer service was heartless and indifferent, showing no concern and never even offering an apology for the mess. I will never use this site again and strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
